Mochi Gelato is a newer hybrid with gorgeous, deep purple coloration. When it comes to purples, some strains show it more in the bud or more in fan leaves. In Mochi Gelato, both buds and fan leaves can turn from red to purple, creating stunning plants and densely colored flowers.
This strain is a cross between two craft strains, Sunset Sherbet and Gelato. The resulting cross is quite potent, featuring between 20 and 22 percent THC. Mochi Gelato buds are certainly beautiful, but these compact flowers also feature a lightly sweet, warm flavor, similar to the Japanese rice cake.
Maximize this strain’s flavor with vaporizers like the Mighty from Storz & Bickel.
Cookie Farm Genetics created this hybrid strain known for its strong euphoric effects. Sometimes known as Larry Bird, Gelato is a cross between Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. It was named thanks to its dessert-like aroma (a commonality shared with all strains in the Cookie family). Gelato’s buds are dark purple with bright orange hairs and a gorgeous coast of crystal resin. If you’re a newbie, take caution when approaching Gelato. Don’t let the fruitiness fool you. Those with a little more experience will love this THC dynamo.

This has become one of my favourites. Doesn’t instantly hit but 20 seconds later it suddenly packs a strong punch. Plenty of euphoria and uplifting creativity. I feel this is a nice all-rounder – you feel both relaxed and calm yet you still have energy to function. I can imagine this to be great for outdoor activities, cooking, or simply just looking to get your mind off things

I know it’s an odd statement to make; but this strain made me feel good. But not in that way. It made me feel good…about myself. There should be another label for strain ratings “raises self-esteem” here. This would be my first vote
